Yes No TERMS: All paid website requests received by 12noon, will be ready by 5pm the next business day! All requests are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse any project that does not adhere to our Next-Day terms.   All requests must be paid-in full before the commencement of work. Next-Day projects do not include e-commerce, video, audio, photo galleries, message boards, databases or other dynamic features, but these features may be added outside the Next-Day parameters at an additional cost and extended timeline.  Next-Day service applies only to domains registered through Gatewood Marketing, and hosted on Gatewood Marketing Servers. We can work with other servers and registration services but cannot guarantee their timelines for accessibility. If you are not satisfied with your website design, we will offer you a new design within the next 24 hour period. If you are still not satisfied, we will offer you a full refund, less any out-of-pocket expenses such as hosting, email accounts, and/or domain registration. If your website is not ready within the Next-Day time period, we will refund you $100 for each day your website is not ready, up to the amount of your payment, less any out-of-pocket expenses. The $100 per day refund does not apply to delays that are the result of preferential design subjectivity.
